Description
Transform into a stunning oiran with a modern twist. With professional make up, adorn yourself with a decorative kimono and get helpful dress-up and makeup assistance to take glamorous photos in a beautiful studio. Inspired by the sensuous oiran of ancient Japan and recent movies like 'Sakuran', you will be transformed into the most beautiful version of you! These modern photo shoots are a new twist on the maiko makeover experiences or kimono rentals, and professional makeup artists and photographers style you like a diva, while you can choose your favorite kimono and accessories too!
Cancellation Policy
- Any cancellations made between 2 business days (17:00 local time) to 1 business days (17:00 local time) prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 50% of the total amount.
- Any cancellations made after 17:00 local time, 1 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 100% of the total amount.

- Guests who are pregnant are not permitted to participate in this activity.
- People 15 years old and above can participate in this activity.
Additional Notes
- If you wear hard contact lenses please bring the case, as you will have to remove them while make up is being applied.
- Please be advised that the staff is able to speak only a limited amount of English.
- There are no guides on this activity.
- This is a studio photography plan. If you are interested in walking outside, please apply for the Maiko Plan.
- Observers are not allowed in this plan.
- After your professional photo session feel free to take more pictures using your own camera. If you are traveling alone, the staff will be more than happy to help you take pictures.
- Please do not take photos within the studio with your own camera. However, you are more than welcome to take photos within the open space within the store. If you are traveling alone, the staff will be more than happy to help you with picture taking as well.
- Please understand that if your hair is shorter than shoulder length, a Japanese style half wig may not be used.
